Nolan Formalarie came to the coast of North Carolina for the sunny weather, a change in lifestyle and the tranquility of white sandy beaches. After achieving a marketing degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Nolan worked as a Marketing Consultant for Black & Decker/DeWalt. A two month stay in Charlotte, NC prompted Nolan to visit the NC Coast and St. James Plantation, which he soon made home. John was born and raised in New Jersey and relocated to Southport in 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and holds a North Carolina real estate broker’s license. John has over 30 years’ experience in residential property management and healthcare facilities management.

Nolan Formalarie has been in the North Carolina Real Estate Industry for over 8 years and enjoys every minute of it.
